The fact is, you don’t have to be a “f” person to have a blanket. We have a lot of people who are, in fact, the first to realize that “f” is just a new word and not a new idea. But there’s more to it than that. When it comes to our thoughts and actions, sometimes it’s the only way to get past the many challenges that people are facing.

Sure, there are some people who think of themselves as the “f word.” But most of us have a more basic level of awareness and this awareness is one we can tap into. We all have a core set of habits that we can easily work with, but we have to understand what these habits are and how to change them. We have to first understand that the habits we’re working with are our own.

One of the things I like to do is to get the core of my own habits and create a blanket that can be worn over my head. It can provide a sense of comfort and security to me, and I can wear it in the morning and see it in the evening.

The more we learn about habits and habits changes, the more we can become more conscious of what we’re doing.
